Exodus is described as ‘alien noir’, with Blade Runner a screamingly clear influence. There’s some Mass Effect in there too – multiple alien races and an air of ubiquitous criminality.
I did not expect to be interested in Prey 2, seeing as I couldn’t give a flip about the first. Whoever manhandled this extreme creative direction change needs a high five.
